Important: SaliPen® is an FDA-cleared electrical salivary stimulator intended to relieve the symptoms of dry mouth. It is not a cure for xerostomia and is not a medication. Adverse reactions are rare and may include discomfort and a mild pulsating sensation in areas of the mouth contacting the electrodes.
