How it works
- Prepare: Slightly squeeze the flexible curved arms together.
- Insert: Lift your tongue and place the arms under it, sliding them as far back as possible.
- Secure: Release the arms so they touch your lower gums. Relax your tongue and close your lips (not your teeth) around the stem.
- Engage: Move your tongue around (side-to-side or circular).
- Timing: Continue these activities for at least one minute and repeat them at least 3 times a day or as often as needed.
